Dean built our first house for my wife and I. I wasn't convinced of building immediately, but Dean assured me we could do it within the budget and time frame that we had(which were both very tight). From conception to completion, Dean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our project was completed sooner than I expected and below the budget I had. The quality was also top notch. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a new home.

We had Dean Croat build our home and we couldn't be happier. He had to battle all 4 seasons during our build as we started our project late fall and it was a big sloppy mess. We had rain for days. Then weeks later we got snow and things didn't get easier for him. Our service door to the garage kept opening because we didn't have garage doors yet and our furnace would freeze up. Dean would have to drop what he's doing and run to our project to put a heater in the utility room to get the furnace fired up so workers could keep going.

He always made sure we were taken care of. Dean installed our flooring on our entire main floor and backsplash in our kitchen and it looks top notch. You can tell he's been doing this for a while. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Dean and his crew are the best! Definitely went the extra mile- we are thrilled with our new Beautiful custom home!

Dean built my first house for me. Not only was he extremely well priced, he was done ahead of schedule. His work ethic is second to none and he truly cares about the product that he is building. His expertise is second to none. He shows up on nights and weekends. There is no doubt you can count on him and I would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Doesnt follow thru on issues with home after purchase. You ask for things to get done it takes Weeks, Calls, Emails. Poor Quality.
