We make every effort to return your reviewed plan as quickly as possible. We will schedule your project for inspections the same or the next business day after you call to request it. Although the code is a minimum standard, our review and inspection process for code enforcement requires that we utilize checklists, and that we comprehensively evaluate projects for code compliance to minimize the opportunity for code deficiencies during the construction process.Our team of code professionals meet and/or exceed the requirements established by the MN Department of Labor and Industry.

Since 1987, MNSPECT has partnered with Minnesota communities of all sizes serving as their Designated Building Official, or providing supplemental Plan Review and/or Inspections Services.
Although it is possible to act as a building official, by providing minimal levels of service, it is systemically more costly to do less. We strive to ensure that valuation + fee calculations, submittal requirements, plan review status, inspection results, and other public elements of the permitting process are transparent and understood.
