CDI Construction LLC had the opportunity to build with Tri North on their Valvoline Instant Oil Change project in Bonney Lake, WA. They were nothing but great to work with. Jared Write was the Tri North Superintendant of this project and I have so much respect for the guy's passion for safety, quality, on time completion, and workmanship. When you have a builder that has these qualities, your left with a beautiful product that everybody is pleased with in the end and along the way. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Not a customer but as I was standing in line at Home Depot West Madison on September 9, 2018 the older gentleman behind the counter cautioned him to leave the debit card in the system and without a moments hesitation this guy barked at him in such a rude manner telling him to "take it easy" with a venom. The older gentleman kept ringing him up saying "I actually have a bad ear on this side and if I modulate my voice too high I apologize I'm never sure if I'm talking too loud or too softy." Did Mr. tri-north say "oh I'm so sorry" or "you know what my mistake I shouldn't have barked at you." No, he just stood their giving the guy a smug look probably planning his next frat party in as mind.
If he had been chomping gum would've been a perfect image of idiocy. A truly disgusting display of reprehensible behavior. I would never use this contractor for anything.

We were working on the corners of Brookfield with another contractor we politely asked the job superintendent where water was he was very rude to my employee when I called to talk to him he dropped a bunch of f-bombs. He basically belittled me on the phone. I own a very successful brick washing company I've been in business for 20 years I work for some of the biggest name contractors in the midwest no one is ever spoke to me in that manner the fact of the matter is is he represents your company I would never in my right mind swear at a contractor I always feel that talking out problems is the best way to go.
I called the company and left a message and nothing was ever returned I will continue to give the best service out there and treat my customers with the upmost respect. Big jobs cannot be done in one day sometimes you have to return to finish things and that's what this whole conversation was about. Yelling and screaming at people is just not the way to go especially when you're trying to represent your company I will never work for TRI NORTH directly, unless there is an apology.

This company steals from their subs and Clients. That's why they loose big clients after 1 or 2 jobs they do for them. They are filled with lying scum bags. Stay away from Tri North builders. We had to hire a lawyer to get paid and they received credit on items they didn't pass along to the end client. Dishonorable business practices.
