We had the pleasure of working with Greg Sarkisian and his team for a bathroom remodel in our house this past winter. Not only was the final result outstanding and everything that we had hoped for but also Greg and his team were truly accommodating and collaborative with our needs throughout the entire process. On top of that, the communication of timelines and updates was superb.

We were never left wondering as to what the next steps of the project were. This was appreciative as doing work on such a vital room of the house can cause minor inconvenience in mid-flight but Greg and team ensured the bathroom was always functioning and accessible by the end of the day's activities. It was an extremely smooth and professional job completed by the Sarkisian team and we would be more than happy to work with them again for any future projects we wish to get done.

My wife and I have done seven home projects with Sarkisian Builders and we have been very happy with all of them. Greg Sarkisian insures that everything came out the way we wanted. There were no surprises interns of cost. Everything is spelled out in detail before signing contract. Any add ons are also spelled out before starting. I highly recommend Sarkisian Builders. I would not use another contractor.

We recently hired Sarkisian to complete a large addition on our home. We were extremely happy with the craftmanship and quality of the build and service. Every detail went as planned! It was great to hear the inspectors comment on how well everything was built as we went through the process! Communication was always open and responsive too!

We hired Sarkisian recently to overhaul a second bathroom that needed to be completely refurbished. The whole team did an excellent job. All of their subs were experienced, professional and took the utmost care in their work. They were also nice and easy to communicate with. The bathroom looks better than we ever imagined and came in just below the quote they gave us! Great work.

We used Sarkisian Builders for a few internal and external door replacements as well as a installing replacement windows throughout the house. From beginning to end, I found the team to be very professional, conscientious, and helpful. End results are excellent and I have nothing bad to say! Will routinely go back to these guys for any future needs without hesitation.

This past summer we contacted Pat Sarkisian regarding our deck. He said they could definitely do it and we were on the schedule for November. Then near the end of September he called to say they had ability to do the work right then. The materials were delivered and the demo began the next day. It was only about a week and our deck was all redone and beautiful!

The craftsman that did the work were top notch and there was never a problem with cleanup or anything. We have had our home and garage sided and replaced doors previously with Sarkisian Builders and we can't find anything to complain about. When there is a question or if an issue arises they are very responsive, thoughtful and professional. We would use them again for sure!

I've worked with Sarkisian Builders on several projects. The are efficient and professional. Their carpenters are polite and highly skilled and it has been a pleasure to work them!

Greg and his crew were fantastic. He had great ideas, provided a fair price, was able to adjust plans in the middle of a project as well. We had him build us a detached garage last year. We liked our experience so much that we had him put replacement windows in our home this year. Excellent business. Would contract with him again.

We recently contracted Sarkisian Builders to build out our unfinished basement. From the request for a quote to the final walk through, we had a wonderful experience with the team. The quote included very accurate and generous allowances for plumbing, electrical, flooring and finish work. We had no problems finding high quality items to fit our budget.

The project started on time and came in on budget. We even got credits where we had been under our allocations! Greg Sarkisian was at the work site daily during the project to monitor progress and to keep us updated with any concerns and next steps. The communication was great! The various tradesmen that were working on the project were friendly, efficient and on time. We were very pleased with the final results and the quality of the work performed. We would highly recommend Greg and his team.

Sarkisian Builders recently did a remodeling job on my home. I do not have enough good things to say about how the project went. The builders on site could not have been more professional. They were at my house on time every day and worked extremely hard for the entire project, which was completed on time. They happily answered my questions and took the time to walk me through the work they had done at different points in the project. I will be doing additional work to my home in the coming years and the only call I will be making will be to Sarkisian Builders.
