Our standard park model lineup features a uniquely designed exterior and an interior look found only in the high end domestic home market. The interior of our park models feature tape and textured walls and ceilings accented by plant ledges, soffits over the cabinets, recessed lighting and ten foot ceilings. We went with Athens Park Homes because of the quality and availability.

Shelia Parker has really made the difference in our purchasing a home with your company. Not only was she committed to helping us get what we wanted and needed, from the beginning to the end but she also has people skills too! :- She listened and remembered information important to us and that really mattered regarding our purchase. She made recommendations that really were sound and trustworthy.
Technical questions were no problem and she handled many from us. Shelia is a highly recommended Sales Associate to anyone reading this review so that you personally seek HER to assist you.

The Athens Park Model team has truly provided us with outstanding service. Each individual is highly knowledgeable, caring, understanding and most of all passionate and patient about their work. After much research my husband and I agreed to call Athens in Athens, TX. Tim Gannon took my call, did a fantastic job of recommending the park model he felt best fit our needs and explained pricing.
The next day my husband and I drove to Athens and we purchased our Rockingham park model. Tony Pannitti, general manager worked closely with us as well. He showed us the models he had available. Very informative throughout entire process. Both Tim and Tony answered all of my questions and explained the entire process in detail. After the purchase, we dealt with Ashley Richardson, Project Coordinator.
She was in constant communication with me regarding contract documents, delivery and taking care of minor issues once we took delivery of park model. Ashley has great PR skills. She takes great pride in helping you. Thank you Team Athens for this wonderful experience! Crown Transport, you all did a great job as well! Joe and Franny Palacios Pharr TX

Being in the retail business for a major manufacturer, I know how important it is for retailer to have the support of a manufacturer in order to take care of a customer satisfactorily. the communication between the retailer Rockwall Resort Cottages and Athens Park Homes has been just that! thank you to the service department at both businesses for getting our issue taken care of quickly! I am thankful it was a simple that your trained tech identified and rectified quickly. The service was above and beyond! I would highly recommend this business.

If I could rate this place and give no stars I would. You couldn't pay me to have a house built here. Everything is done with as little effort as possible. I had walls out of plumb by one inch. Texture work was horrible and when I asked to have it fixed it was always someone else's problem to handle. I had someone come out to fix some of the issues and gave me all of the reasons he wasn't gonna.
He even told me that they don't level or square anything, they just "eyeball it". It shows. All of the closet brackets are just nailed into the drywall, not anchored into studs. No point of using those for hanging clothes. Electrical fixtures falling out of the walls, have had to replace GFCI outlets 5 times. Having a house built here was the worst mistake I have ever done. I will deal with it and have a professional fix it, not rely on the people that built my house. I would steer clear of this place.

I purchased my home and the buying process was awesome at Titan Factory Direct. It was delivered on December 27, 2018 which is where my currently unending problems begin. A list of issues are as follows: Superior Transport delivered and blocked the home improperly, sub-floor is sub-par and arrived with a wave pattern with variances of 1/4 - 1/2 throughout the living room/kitchen area, the cheap plastic window covering at the front glass sliding door was badly damaged, the water heater blew a component within a month, a GFI outlet in the kitchen blew out and even the contractor that came to replace it said they were cheap components, there was paint over spray all over the house that I had to either remove myself or allow them to use a noxious chemical around my animals to remove it (no alternative paint removal was offered so I decided to do it myself), the flashing on the roof was damaged in transport, one of the two mini split A/C units ceased working within 1.5 months of delivery and is still not operational, the house was finally re-blocked creating cracks all over the house including in the shower allowing moisture to seep into areas it is not supposed to, the cracks in the shower were re-grouted but not sealed so I cannot use my shower until they decide to send someone out yet again to seal the grout, the contractors they sent out to hook up the washer/dryer which they initially claimed the consumer was responsible for did so but failed to remove the transport brackets and the units walked out into the hallway, tearing the vinyl flooring and damaging the drywall, the rail that the closet barn doors roll required repair upon delivery because a bolt was stripped out during installation, they repaired the torn vinyl in the washer/dryer area by gluing the tear back down to the floor but not fixing the fact that there is a tear in the vinyl, and the list could go on.you get the gist.
I am a patient person and 3 months later still having to make arrangements so it's convenient for Athens to send their contractors out to make repairs is still happening. I still have a mini split unit that is not operational, unsealed grouting in the shower, torn vinyl and yes, a wavy living room/kitchen floor. My experience of Champion Home Builders/Athens Park Models is that customer service and standing behind their product is the last thing on their list of priorities.
I have had independent contractors they sent out create more problems than they solved, call me and tell me they had to reschedule for 3 weeks from the original appointment for a repair because they blew up their truck and contractors that did not know what they were doing, again creating more problems than they solved. Each time I contact Athens Customer Service, Kalina Arroya and Gail Lohin, I get firm promises on when repairs will be made that are not followed through on.
If you like having to chase people down and keep on them to provide you with customer service that remotely resembles what you paid for, you'll love Athens Park Models. If you don't enjoy doing those things and you are lucky enough to have a fraction of the issues this house came with and were created due to sub-par customer service, do yourself a favor and stay away from Athens.
My experience for 3 months has been of incredibly poor customer service, excuses for why things are correct although it's obvious they are not and empty promises to make repairs on a home that I paid good money for. I did NOT get what I paid for, not in quality or customer service. I do hope if you are entertaining a similar purchase you read all the reviews and talk to your sales person ahead of time about how they plan to ensure any followup repairs and customer service does not go as it has for me.
Once you make the purchase, you are at their mercy. My next move will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Texas State Attorney General. 3 months is plenty of time to remedy issues so the consumer has what they paid for.

The buying process was excellent. I was able to complete the process remotely and get what I wanted. The delivery was late due to circumstances beyond Athens' control. Once notified of the delivery problems, the sales manager did everything possible to rectify the problem. Once the park model was inventoried, two issues were noted that required service.
Several service request over the past two months were made. Due to the nature of the service and the extended area that has to be covered, service response was a wait. Once a service representative was sent out, he was very professional, efficient, and courteous. He arrived on time, did not make a mess and solved the problems.

Customer service at Athens is surly and could not give a damn about their product. Pass the buck was the order of the day. Half of the upgrades missed or poorly done. This is not the quality of home that was professed to us. Very poor finish work. Miss-matched touch up paint haphazardly slopped on trim and cabinets. Most trim nails were easily visible due to dark spots in the paint.
Every joint in the kitchen cabinetry has a gaps!. Trash and construction debris left on top of the cabinets. The formica counter top has gaps in the joints and cracks. Disposal installed on wrong side of sink. The punch out guy shows up to fix it and the key will not open the door. It was the locks and keys that came with the house. So we wait another week until he is in the area again.
No call, no E Mail. Nothing until I call. I work 20 minutes from this location. Four weeks of waiting to move in. after we have paid good money. Good grief. Piss Poor Purchase Experience. Buyer beware!

2.5 years later I'm sitting here with drywall mud on my walls with no paint or texture, trim laying around, water leaks around the door, MOLD THROUGHOUT and they have stated they will not be returning. Their contractors stole personal property from us when they left yesterday. And their office is so sorry they won't return a phone call or email. Save yourself the heartache. The house may look pretty but what's beneath the surface is terrible and the people behind this company are horrible heartless liars.

Purchased my home thru Titan Factory Direct just a little over 2 1/2 years ago and my roof developed a leak into my house. Made several attempts to have them fix the issue and get my roof replaced. I ended up having to file an insurance claim to have my roof replaced. This is bad customer service on your part Titan and Athens. I sent the service manager there all of the photos and a video of the leak into my house and with no remorse they still wouldn't help fix the problem. Sent a crew out to patch and replace the one area of the leak.
I had a local roofer come out and inspect the roof and he told me the roof looked like it was about 10-15 years old. This is ridiculous as my house is only 2 1/2 years old. So I say be careful when you purchase a home from these people's as you may be buying a piece of crap that they care nothing about once it is sold. Now I'm out of pocket with the insurance claim that I filed as my roof needed major repairs. Thanks Titan Factory Direct and Athens Homes- for Nothing!
