My wife and I spent a good amount of time calling local contractors and builders within the area before choosing to work with Ryan Burns on our house project. Over the course of less than 1.5 years ( a lot of which was iterative design and planning ), we took a plot of land and built a house that we know will last longer than we will. It was a very personal, rewarding, and enjoyable experience, and that sentiment is only possible with the skill and professionalism of a good head contractor.
Building a new house is never problem free. Unforeseen Issues arise, but having Ryan in our court and personally resolve those issues with sub-contractors and mother nature was reassuring. Simply arriving at the build site at 8am, in 10 degree weather to see him personally there working through final minor adjustments to the plans, saving me (many) thousands of dollars. he is invested in his clients and his work. I could write more positive anecdotes from our experience, but I hope the picture is clear. Thank you Ryan. I cannot recommend Burns & Associates enough.
