Our talented and highly skilled design team can take practically any home plan or concept and convert it into an energy efficient modular structure. Open concept homes, cathedral ceilings, lofts and any other style or luxury you desire; can be configured into your new custom home.
We work with you and your builder to create a home that is energy efficient, environmentally responsible and provides a comfortable living environment for you and your family. Our specialized process utilizes the modular method of construction to ensure that we deliver a consistent level of quality project to project.
In each project we can do as little or as much interior finish that is planned for. Levels of finish for projects can range from a shell package with wires, plumbing, insulation and drywall applied to more complete packages with walls prime painted, elaborate interior trim details, cabinets installed with countertops, sinks and faucets in place.

Today I and a colleague of mine went on a tour of the facility with the Sales Rep, John Formichelli. He was extremely informative and explained the whole process with a complete visual of how these homes are built inside the warhouse. Energy efficient homes with many design choices and peace of mind knowing the homes are weather tight and built well. Look forward to recommending them to our clients. We took a tour of the entire PBS Modular Home Building plant and it was amazing. Mike was a great guide and explained the entire process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The team working on the various stations of the building process were very professional, not cutting corners and demonstrated great pride in their crafts. PBSs building and product line was something to see.
Being able to complete their modular building system under one roof allows them to store the building materials and provide a seamless construction flow all under one climate controlled work space. Can't wait to lock in our land and start the design process. PBS does offer that one stop shopping process to help reduce the stress.
