They are shockingly unprofessional. The pool care part wasn't the issue, but their customer service is some of the worst I've ever encountered for any business. They are impossible to contact, will not return calls, and are rude IF you do happen to speak with them. Services: Swimming pool water analysis, Cleaning

Customer service is awfully. Workers are rude. Charge for unnecessary chemicals. Completely unhappy with their service

At first I was really happy with their service then I had them come close my pool down. When I scheduled it I told her anytime after 1pm and I would be home. When I got home 15 til they were already in my backyard working no big deal right? During our phone conversation she told me $80 an hour to close it down. I asked her about chemicals she said dont worry about we have them.

I get the bill and its 2 hours labor plus chemicals. I have no idea when they got there and she never said I would be charged for the chemicals. When I called her she got rude and said nobody gets a discount, chemicals cost them too and they had plenty of customers if I wanted to find someone else to open my pool it didnt matter to her. All I tried to do was clear up the misunderstanding and she was rude!
