I asked around at work; Century Roofing was the place people had the most good things to say about. They just left my house having taken off the old and put on the new in a day-and-a-half and I'd say they lived up to the reputation. The estimate was fair and included some things my adjuster was about to overlook, communication throughout the process of choosing the shingle color and manufacturer was excellent, and these folks clearly know what they are doing.
Very organized and cleaned up the place like you'd never even know they'd been here. They were honest on what they could and couldn't do, time-frame, etc. and that's how I knew I had a reputable company. I'll recommend CR to the next person looking for a good roofing company. Update: I've had the roof for a year. I used to lose 10-20 shingles a year to the wind ( I live out in the open and get A LOT of wind). One year after install and I haven't lost a single shingle. Still 5 stars.

Chiky, the owner was very responsive for an estimate for hail damage. He answered my many questions in that process and gave helpful advice. Very easy to work with and addressed all of my concerns. Jessica in the office helped answer my many questions about dealing with my insurance claim and provided all the paperwork I needed, also for warranty, etc.
They are very efficient and great to work with! When the crew arrived to install the roof they were polite, friendly, no loud music, responsive to my questions that day as I worked from home & came out several times. They protected my wife's flowers & a special shrub before starting, then thoroughly cleaned the yard of all roofing waste & nails afterwards to my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with their team & my new roof! Thank you Century!

Century Roofing was great to work with. Our roof was damaged during the derecho. They came and inspected the roof, outlined our options without any pressure to choose more expensive materials and gave us a reasonable quote. The cost did go up because the shortage of materials drove supply prices up, but Jessica was very clear upfront about that possibility and they actually did not pass along all of the price increases.
We didn't expect that they would actually be able to get to us this year because of how full their schedule was, but Jessica called when they had an opening and the crew showed up the next day. They were delayed in the morning a little by the weather forecast, but stayed until the job was done and cleaned up. They were patient and understanding while we went back and forth with our insurance.

Most importantly, when we talked to people they had done work for, those customers pointed out neighbors who had used Century because they saw the work that Century did. When people in the neighborhood see a company work, see the quality of the job and then hire that company, that says more than any words could. Everyone on the crew was pleasant and considerate. We would gladly use them again and some of our neighbors have already spoken with Century about having work done.

Century Roofing did a whole roof replacement after hail damage. This included the reinstallation of a damaged skylight. The crew arrived on time, was friendly, extremely hard working, did a professional job on our roof and cleaned up after they finished. We highly recommend the company. This company is top notch, they did a fantastic job. They were super careful around our new landscaping plants and not one was broken. The crew cleaned up each night and my dogs were safely able to walk about with no worry of nails or other debris. The crew was cheerful and fun to engage with. The install went perfect and the end result looked amazing.
I would never hire another company for my roofing needs ever. This is the second time I have had the pleasure to work with them and they have been amazing both times. Each time was on a different property.

The team at Century Roofing is outstanding and local! They are very responsive to client needs and do a great job with explaining roofing options. I really appreciate their great communication throughout the process of picking out the roof and timing of installation. When I had a question about the skylights eight months after the roof was installed, the company owner himself showed up the same day to look at the skylights and the roof to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Century Roofing for their amazing customer service and professionalism in their work not to mention the great roofs they install!

Century Roofing re-roofed our house in May of 2020 after hail damage. Jessica and Chiki were great to work with. The Century team is made up of family and friends. They care about your house and want to make sure getting your roof done is a great experience. Jessica keeps you updated on what the timeline will look like to get your house done. She is honest and answers text and emails.
When the crew arrives they set up safety equipment to make sure no other property is damaged while doing your roof. They are respectful of your property and your neighbors as well. They job site was cleaned up and no trash was left behind. To top it off, they reached out to me after the derecho hit in August to make sure we were fine and our roof didn't sustain any damage.
