Starting more than 21 years ago when Manship Builders was the general contractor who managed our construction in Desert Mountain, Manship has been our go to source for home issues. Through the years their service has been fast, professional, and priced reasonably. The latest rain brought a leaking window to our attention. Manship's representative Spenser was here less than 24 hours after calling.

He had solved where the leak originated and had it repaired in less than an hour. I highly recommend Manship Builders if it's major construction or minor repairs. They have been the best for us.

Manship Builders to the rescue again! We had a major pipe going into the house that was leaking like crazy. Unfortunately it was right before we were about to go out of town. As anyone can imagine, this was a very stressful situation to say the least. We called Jim Manship and he got his plumbing subcontractor, Jesus Barnett Plumbing over here early the very next morning.

His crew worked tirelessly that day to fix it. They somehow were able to repair it from the outside instead of having to tear the wall going into the shower apart. What a huge relief! We have been working with Manship Builders for almost 10 years as a roofing contractor. Manship and their team has had the utmost honesty and integrity with every project we have been involved with. Not only with us, but, we can see how they convey that to their clients as well.

Our Company, a family business named Classic Millworks, primarily builds staircases. Recently, Manship Builders hired us to do the stairs for the renovation of Acoustic Designs in Scottsdale. Upon my first visit to the jobsite, I was immediately impressed with the clean and clear workspace. When measuring the stairwell frame work, every step was precisely 42" X 11" with a 7" rise.

We do a lot of the dirt work for Manship Builders. Jim is on top of his game. Jim and his staff take pride in doing the best job for their clients. I have never seen Jim deviate from city approved plans.

Manship Builders is constructing a residence on the adjacent lot to my dwelling. As a result of significant elevation differential created by the construction effort, they installed a retaining wall /boulder outcropping totally of their own design, approximately twelve feet from my property line. With no prior written or verbal agreement, they forwarded to me an invoice for 7,281.00.

I know what you're thinking, there has to be more to this story. Unfortunately, this is about a dubious business practice only to be matched by his disdain for reasonable parking, noise, street conditions, and keeping written commitments.

I own a company that does some of the ornamental ironwork for Manship Builders since 1999. Jim and his team are the best! They have built some of the most amazing homes you'll ever see, and their communication and adaptabilty to their clients' wishes are second to none. I hope you'll let them build your dream house!
