If this company was medical doctor they would lose their license to practice. This is one of the most unscrupulous companies I have had the misfortune of dealing with Kevin is a smooth talking conman who will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the job. As soon as the contract is signed the mask comes off and the truth comes out. The financial catastrophe that they have created will set me back years worse than that is feeling like such a fool for making such a bad decision. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence before selecting a contractor I wish I had.

After David webb got my signature, everything changed. He schiested me. I tried to meet with him to discuss the charges because there were things on there that he or his crew he sent over did not actually do, i wasn't refusing to pay I just wanted to discuss things that weren't right. he cancelled meeting with me many times, I have the texts and emails still to prove it.
And he told me he is used to doing million dollar contracts, not small time claims like me. Furthermore, My daughter injured herself on a nail he or his crew left sticking up when they removed some of my flooring, and I have a bill from the ER because of it. He was condescending, his charges for the work wasn't right, he would never meet with me to discuss the charges, AND my kid got injured from their thoughtless negligent work.
Sorry I don't deserve to be treated like one of his million dollar customers. I don't know anything about legal stuff and they know it so they just threaten me with lawyers and their big company power, and wave me off and demand the rest of the money. I don't feel the charges were right, the job they did actually do was careless and my daughter got hurt, hell I still have a bill from the ER for her, that nail sheared off half the skin on her damn foot my poor baby. Of course, it's our word against thiers but i want everyone to know!

I can not give zero stars so one is the best I can do. If you have a problem with the work Web Builders do, you can expect them to not make it right. If your dining room and basement are flooded, after they demolish your bathroom, they will claim things occurred that you know to be untrue. You can expect them to claim anything to avoid blame regarding the damage to your home to their insurance company.
If the person handling your job happens to quit working for Webb Builders, you will be left to fend for yourself when it comes to completing the job you hired them to do. If you call Kevin Webb for help regarding this, don't expect him to call you back. We hired Webb Builders to remodel a bathroom for us in May, sorry, June 2017. We hired them because they had such a "great reputation." As of today, 1/16/18, the remodel is STILL not complete because my wife and I have had to become contractors while working full-time jobs of our own.
This has been the story you hear about on Holmes on Homes, etc. The home remodel NIGHTMARE! IF you chose to hire Webb Builders, be sure to have plenty of homeowners insurance and lower your deductible to save you money if ANYTHING goes wrong. They will not fix the damage caused and they will simply refer it to their insurance company to fight you all the way.
I have waited to post something until today as the situation has been in arbitration. Since Webb's story doesn't match mine, the arbitrator cannot find in my favor. They say it is a word v. word dispute. Even though I have pictures of the situation that occurred proving their story as inaccurate. Go figure. Well, don't say you were not warned. Thanks, Webb Builders!

I can't say enough about the service that Webb Builders provided me. I had to call them on a weekend. I explained my situation and they came out to advise me on what to do even knowing it would most likely not result in any significant business for their company. Kevin Webb's years of experience in the business was extremely helpful. I have referred Webb Builders to friends and would do so again. Thank you!

Kevin Webb was a huge help with my new roof. I had a roof that was in desperate need for a repair. Kevin is a pro and showed my wife and I how to select shingles we liked and also which ones have the best warranty. His team was able to finish my roof in a shorter period of time than I thought he could - due to a large storm that was moving in! Thank you to Kevin and his team at Webb builders. I will always recommend them to anyone that needs a roof or home contractor! Best value in town!

Webb Builders tore down a 3 season room and replaced our roof in November of 2017, and I have been thrilled with everything they have done. Kevin Webb was involved every step of the way. He not only showed up every day to check the work, but he also made sure we understood everything that was happening. It turned out that we had several rotten beams that needed to be replaced, which upped the price. Kevin showed us the damage and went out of his way to get us the best price possible.
He was very forthcoming and honest about everything. Kevin even helped us find contractors for other projects that he doesn't personally do. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past with home repairs, so I was thrilled to have such a great experience. When we redo our kitchen, we will definitely be hiring Webb Builders.
