Commercial Comfort Systems started providing excellent business climate in 1997 with founder Fran Lanciaux. For over 20 years, we have grown as a family business into a full service HVAC contractor offering full service design, sheet metal fabrication, hydronics, geothermal, and residential, commercial and industrial service.
As a full service contractor for over 20 years, Commercial Comfort Systems offers a variety of options to our customers. Estimation, Fabrication, Installation and 24 Hour Emergency Service are all ways we offer the very best in energy efficient air distribution. Commercial Comfort Systems was an early adopter of Phenolic ductwork in the United States. As the pre-insulated ductwork industry has grown, we have been a leader in the promotion and growth of phenolic ductwork for over 15 years. We are a trained fabricator in the Kingspan KoolDuct System and the Northwest Ohio fabricator of Thermaduct Products.

Should have negative stars. Have been out 3x for the same problem. Charged me 2x for the same part that broke within 2 weeks of them "fixing"-offered no warranty on parts or service. Worst sarcastic fool by the name of Phillip-when I tried to ask questions about warranties, parts and service. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE AND FRAUDS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
