The homes are beautiful the salesman are polite but the delivery and set up is is lacking greatly.no communication from them and constant delays already 2 months late on the original setup and it's being delayed again for something that I was told they were checking out last fall Services: Prefabricated home building, Foundation pouring, Exterior finishing

Nice people, you have to go up steps to get in and out. Not handicap accessible. They have a small menu.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NO QUALITY IN THEIR WORK WHATSOEVER! Very LARGE amounts of overspray on EVERYTHING, most of the walls aren't even completely painted, the exterior doors don't close right and leak but they fixed it "the best they could", the wiring is messed up and the breaker box panel isn't labeled right, they didn't stretch the carpet and instead just cut it, now it doesn't go all the way to the walls and in the process cut up the trim work, cold air blows through the windows, they send people to "fix" your problems but every time it's worse when they leave, the shower doors leak, where the furnace and hot water tank are isn't finished it's just plain drywall and looks cheap and creates a lot of dust. I can go on forever! When you spend this kind of money on a new home, you expect quality, not a fixer-upper. Very disappointing.

Great service without having salesperson hounding you while you shop. Staff answers all questions politely and with knowledge. Beautiful homes.

Came here to help my recently widowed mother find a new home. Just so happened they had exactly what she was looking for. They did everything they promised and then some. They met and exceeded expectations. Delivered as promised. If you are in the market for a new home give them a try, you won't be disappointed. And a special shout out to Ty. We really liked the look of the home, but the word "quality" is a misnomer. We had multiple pages of things that had to be redone, and some of them were redone haphazardly. The trim is GLUED ON, not nailed. It is still coming unglued. There are other issues currently, such as inadequate wiring, porch railing that is only partially attached, and we are "waiting for the other shoe to drop." We WOULD NOT recommend buying a home from these people.
