I can't believe the kindness of strangers. We have a second home in Brookings and the garage door wouldn't shut after a delivery. A friend couldn't get it to work so it stood open all night. I called Ole's early the next morning: their serviceman went before lunch, didn't call and when I check in on the phone, they said, "No problem, he already went and it is fixed!" I asked how much? They explained the issue, "NO CHARGE" it just took a few minutes. I am so in awe and grateful.

I have had two door panels on order now from 2/06/2021 and to this day I have never had a phone call returned or any follow up at att. I have called more than twelve times to get some kind of answer and all I get is the run around. We will find out and call back ECT, . Never have I had any response. This is the first time I have ever posted a review and I hate that it's a negative one. I just hope that someone will see this and let me know what I can do to get me door fixed.

Wow! My garage door cable broke yesterday. (It was pretty old and I live by the ocean.) I called Ole's today and they came by to fix it TODAY. (My head is still reeling.) They are a father/daughter team, and are super friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out, he was the one who originally installed my garage doors back when my home was built!
He gave me an estimation of how long the work would take, and then got to work. He replaced my cables with stainless steel ones, so they will last longer in this rusty, corrosive environment. He also fixed a number of other parts that were on their way out, and greased everything. The door now positively purrs! And the bill was much less than I expected, especially for such quality work. I will definitely always use them in the future!

Weve had Windsor garage doors for 13 yrs. Were happy with, until recently. Having to replace due to storm damage. We've had 2 different deliveries that have both had MANUFACTURING DEFECTS! Dealer says they have made mfg aware, but continue to receive defective doors. Unacceptable. We're switching to another brand!

I just had Ernie Boardman and his daughter Megan from Ole's Garage Doors install a new garage door opener for me. They did an excellent job from the phone call last week to inquire about cost and availability as well as when it could be installed. The arrived at 10:15 (had given me a 10 -12 window) and were done by 11:45. They'd were friendly, courteous, efficient and knew what they were doing. Ernie helped me program the door to my new car. I am a happy camper and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door, door opener or both.
