My husband and I moved into Sundance Greens in October 2020 and the entire process has been excellent from start to finish. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and the Lennar staff are incredibly helpful and caring of their customers. Sundance Greens has the rural, peaceful feel of Dayton yet it is very close to all of the Maple Grove shopping areas, which makes it perfect for us!

My fiance and I are currently undergoing our future home being built at Sundance Greens through Lennar. I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Everyone from the beginning has been polite, responsive, and made the entire experience seem easy. We love our home being built through Lennar and the area that it is in. We are more than excited to call it home. I would highly recommend!

My husband and I just purchased one of the Colonial Manor town homes at Sundance Greens and we could not be happier! Working with our Lennar new home consultant Phil Burger was fantastic- he was very prompt, thorough and helpful throughout the entire building and purchasing process, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. We did our final walk-through and our sign off with the construction manager Christian Blommel who was also very helpful, thorough and just plain good at his job.
The design of the home is so modern and beautiful with lots of large windows and beautiful views of the Elm Creek Park Reserve. So many luxuries with the standard Everything's Included package from window coverings to the Ring doorbell system to appliances. We also love that unlike any other town homes we looked at elsewhere, there are no middle units- they are in quads which gives more space and a nicer aesthetic overall.
The neighborhood and surrounding area provides a quiet, tucked away feeling with the convenience of being just a few miles away from lots of great dining and shopping. So happy we chose Lennar!

My wife and I are moving to Minnesota from out of state. We wanted to downsize but still have a home with rooms for children and grandchildren to visit. Lennar's new Denali, part of the Venture series, is perfect with a first floor master suite plus 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. It is very hard to find a first floor master suite in a two story home for some reason.
We liked the location of Sundance Greens in Dayton, MN because of the proximity to Elm Creek Park Reserve with shopping and dining just minutes away. Philip, the sales consultant was very responsive from our first contact We feel like we are in good hands during the build process.

Phil and the Lennar staff have made the buying process seamless from end to end. This is our first experience building a home and we are so excited to move in this April.
