Useless housing officer, don't care attitude of staff in general, repairs go undone, they tell bare faced lies to your face, they don't address anti social behaviour, in short, they don't care

Very helpful and understanding, made me feel like my call mattered. Short wait in a phone queue as the staff work from home because of Covid restrictions, but still able to access my information and help me fully.

Spoke to a lovely, very professional bloke last time and got my issues fixed. Spoke to a lovely, very professional lady today and got my issues sorted. I am appeased!

Pay rent for your private neighbours rubbish we will cut their grass and charge you for it.

Not easy to navigate but I got there in the end make sure you have all your personal information and documents to hand to fill out the form other wise not to bad

There is a toxic culture when it comes too first choice homes.in the past I have been discriminated & treated unfairly due to me being autistic. Not been listened to by the housing officer regarding safety issues in my community. This as brought me too the point of not being able too trust or ask for help in any way. I have even come across members of staff that have gone out of their way to make me feel worthless & like a second class citizen

When i spoke to them on the phone they understood what I was saying, speaking clearly and were very polite, and when the guys came to fix my problem they were fast and fixed it well, only slight problem is the amount of time they take but other than that the service was fantastic

Just had a productive telephone call with one of the staff. We needed to report a repair and the fella I spoke to was very nice, took his time and spoke very clearly.

Got made homeless and oldham council, even though its my hometown, refused to help me because I moved 3 mins away, which classed me as Rochdale, not going to lie get better help in Rochdale than I ever would in oldham.

Been without a working boiler for nearly 3 nights now, Sure Group out of hours said "what do you want me to do, it's 11 at night". So far nobody can agree on who is supposed to be fixing my problem and they don't care if you're left without heating and hot water, absolutely disgusted with the responses I've got, noone wants to take any responsibility.

Absolutely pathetic. only when i complain to the ceo via email do they get a move on. But they never do anything that will fix the problem permanently. We have 40 year old windows they keep saying they will change them for years now. Every winter we sleep with out coats on. Water comes through the windows.

FCHO, Should be named no choice homes oldham, FCHO have no homes, absolutely none. The priority system is confusing and wrong, the amount of people that FCHO think can live in one room is pathetic. They won't move monthers who have to move prams Down 4 story buildings, they won't move people with 4 kids in one room. Lastly FCHO is a non profit organization that hardly invest any money into new houses that send tenants into arrears and pays it's CEO as much as the prime minister

Absolutely rubbish don't protect tenants from anti social abuse even when you have camera footage and witnesses, don't bother going with this housing because they'll turn it on you and say your in the wrong, even though we've had hate crimes committed against us, my mum had issues with them for years and I've been a tenant in two fcho properties now and still have had appalling neighbours maybe fcho should do a check on their potential tenants because some on my street are feral and abuse their children and neglect them to, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Awesome customer service & friendly staff who deal with everything promptly.

All they care about is your cash. Repairs you have to wait in for five hours. Completely useless company that needs an independent review asap. Work from home then save money on the costs off ru ning a business. Flats never cleaned in communal areas filthy dirty and paying for this too. Out off touch like the torys they are on a good job and dont care. Good luck getting chairmans email address I've tried for years.

I had an inspector visit 6th april regarding various repairs, he said he would phone me within a week or two regarding these. Heard nothing. I emailed contact centre 5th may about this still nothing. Phoned again today 7th june and I'm awaiting feedback on the repairs still. Absolutely incompetent company and services.
