Douglas Electric was founded in 1975 by Douglas Cryderman, running the company out of his home and from a 1,000 square-foot warehouse nearby. In its forty years of operation the company has grown to occupy an 8,000 square-foot office and warehouse facility in Wyandotte, Michigan. In 1999 Doug's daughter, Paige Levy, took the helm in what employees and customers called a seamless transition.
The number one goal of any operations team is reducing unscheduled downtime. Douglas Electric helps our customers achieve this goal by providing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs. Included in these customized programs are infrared analysis, periodic system check-ups, and switch gear maintenance-all to ensure longevity of your equipment while optimizing your productivity.
