I have been reaching out to this company in hopes of getting a home built for quite sometime. They are unreachable and unprofessional. Not to mention that their base models have jumped up by almost $20,000, since the last time I spoke with someone. They are supposed to have price increases in March and April as well. Maybe this is why they refuse to return phone calls. Are they waiting for their prices to jump up two more times before they enter a contract, so they can get more money out of you?

We started the process with Fulford Homes June of 2021, and we were told it would be about 8 to 10 months to build a house. After a long 6 months we were not even close and it was going to take another 10 months to have a finished home. We could not get any answers from the people that made decisions and they never seemed to be available to discuss building the house.
After the third time of setting up a date and time to go to contract, with no phone calls, emails or texts to cancel those meetings, we pulled the plug. I would highly suggest shopping around. There are much better builders in the area. They are also dishonest and price hike on every little thing.

Although I love the community I now live in I would never choose Fulford to build with again. Sub contractors cut corners and issues continue to pop up as time passes. The project manager does not hold sub contractors to quality work. I have lived in my home for 2 months and they have done nothing they said they would do since then. I haven't met a person in our neighborhood who hasn't had issues with their home and Fulford in general. They are pleasant upfront, but once building begins, watch out.

My husband and I decided to build with Fulford homes when we decided to make Illinois our last home. Andrea was amazing throughout the whole process. She treated us like we were family. She took the time to get to know us and our kids and helped us find the best solution for our family. Alex, our project manager, was so helpful and sweet. He was great to work with and put up with my many visits to our home when it was under construction. We have found our forever home.

AndreaAndreaANDREA. That's all need to be said, Let's get real. I wanted/needed some special stuff in my home I was building and she made miracles happen for me. During the building process I was across the country for the most part and she FaceTime every step of the way for me. My financing fell apart 3 weeks before closing, she still made it. happen for me.
She helped me considering I was in Los Angeles for the most part, If you go to anyone else, your cheating yourself out of an knowledgeable, caring, go above and beyond expert with your best interest at heart. You don't find that often not even with realtor. Yeah, I said it.

This was my first time building a home. I worked with Andrea West and it was the absolute best time! She made it so fun, gave great suggestions and was available at the drop of a dime! She was very knowledgeable and was a lot of help throughout the process. She gave me a timeframe on completion and it wasn't a day over - I would definitely build with them again!

I had built a home prior to building with Fulford. The first home building (not Fulford) was a nightmare but the Fulford process was very easy. I even recommended them to my son and daughter-in-law. They also built with Fulford. If your looking for a smooth home building process, Fulford is a great choice.
