If i could give no stars I would. Talked to Mike on the phone, super nice guy, came out to give us an estimate for a new back porch and said he would get back to us in a few days. After about two weeks of not hearing from Mike I emailed him again asking if he had any news, he did email back saying he had some ideas and would get back to us. After about another two weeks of not hearing from him, I emailed again with no response and my husband called and left a voicemail with no response.
He did emphasize that he only worked with people who were referrals, if that's the case he should have told us no from the beginning instead of waiting and waiting. I do not like to be left hanging and what they did i feel is in very poor taste so I can only imagine what type of quality work they do then. Thanks for not getting back to us, shows what kind of character you and your company are.
