Typical projects range from schools, offices, and retail to warehouse/office combinations. Renovations and restaurants and shells/vanilla box/build-outs. Typical dollar volume of projects range from $100K to $2 million with individual projects above and below this range. Agreements are mostly Lump Sum Amount contracts, hard bid and/or negotiated, but we also perform Cost Plus work and Design/Build Services.

Do not ever work with the Rubicon Group. They took on my case and left me all alone, and only appear to ask my lawyer if any money has been payed out by the insurance company with whom I have a pending lawsuit. They have not been answering any of my calls or emails since a year even though my case is still active and pending.
