Cloud IX built our dream home. Patrick and his team are professional, responsive, creative, and excellent problem solvers. Their product is extremely high quality and is beautiful. Unlike some other builders whose basic house model requires the buyer to pay for any upgrade, Cloud IX's basic model includes most typical "upgrades", so that you end up with beautiful crown molding, wainscoting, tray ceilings, coffered ceilings, and other features on every floor, not just the main level.

Cloud IX also builds custom homes, which means you can essentially have whatever you want. We wanted a veranda off the owner's bedroom and we got exactly that. We wanted an office in the front of the house, rather than a formal living room -- no problem -- and in fact got a living room as well in another part of the house. We wanted as much light as possible and our house has huge windows everywhere.

Throughout the building of the house, the design, selection, and building process was organized and there was consistent communication. If we had trouble finding an item we liked from the options provided, they found other options. Further, Cloud IX did not disappear after the house was built. We had a 90-day walk through to address any issues, and will have a 1-year walk through as well.

And we know we can call them even after that if we have any issues in the future as they are good, honest people that care deeply about their work. I highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking to build their dream home.

My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Cloud IX Homes. Patrick and Team were amazing and went out of their way to assist us through the building process. We originally approached Patrick about building our home before we had finalized the purchase of our lot. Patrick was very helpful in helping us determine if the lot we were considering would allow us to build the house we desired. The design process was thorough and Patrick's team was very helpful in guiding us through the process. Once construction began, Patrick and his team were in constant communication with us, keeping us up to date and assisting us with selections.

We love our new home and enjoyed the building process. Some of the things we love about Cloud IX's homes are the included touches like crown molding throughout the entire house, extra tall baseboards that include the outlets (rather than have them in the walls), and finished garage floors. We enjoyed how Patrick offered creative ideas during design, and helped us make some of our unique thoughts come to fruition. His team and process allowed us to do just about anything we wanted to do in our home, which helped to make it our dream home.

We used Cloud IX to build our new custom home. We just moved in last month and we love it! Our lot provided a number of rather unusual challenges but Cloud IX rose to the task and handled everything. Throughout the entire process they were always professional, helpful, creative and very thoughtful about the details. They spent a lot of time with us on the front end making sure we thought through all the nuances of the design which made the entire process smoother.

They also worked really hard to incorporate the details that were important to us, even if that meant spending significant time searching for just the right cove trim or stairwell baluster. They were a pleasure to work with and they delivered a fine product.

Patrick and Cloud IX built our home in Falls Church City in 2014 and we could not be more happy with the final product. It was delivered exactly on time just before the school year started, on budget, and the quality, 5 years in, is fantastic. The correct combination of architecture, engineering, product and professional installation has led to virtually no warranty issues and has been a blessing for our quality of life. We could not recommend Patrick and his team more highly.

I could not be happier with the home that we built with Cloud IX. Throughout the whole process, Patrick and John were very responsive and took the time to answer all our questions and guide us along the way, giving us options to help keep us on budget while still working in the things we wanted to splurge on. One clear distinction between Cloud IX homes and other homes that we toured is the thoughtfulness of the floor plans and the quality of the craftsmanship.

Every room and space is utilized wonderfully and the layout flows nicely on each floor. If you want to choose every single detail down to the last cabinet face, door pull, lighting fixture & tile, the world is your oyster! But Patrick and John have a great eye, so for some of our options, I simply chose the same options as another home in their portfolio. To top it all, our home was delivered on time and they made sure everything was perfect! I'd highly recommend Cloud IX!

My wife and I spent several months looking at various builders in the area before settling on Cloud IX. What stood out to us were the many upgrades Cloud IX incorporates at the same price point as others. Details such as a deck and fully fenced yard, wifi controlled lights, heated master bath floors, double ovens and custom kitchen hood, exuisite trimwork and tilework, ceiling audio system, and exterior gas lamps really set this builder apart from the crowd. Not to mention Patrick, John, Michael and team are so easy to work with. We can't wait until we need to build again one day so we can call on Cloud IX!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Patrick and Cloud IX Homes. As a 10+ year Realtor in Northern VA I walk through all levels of construction and there's just no denying that Patrick builds an incredibly solid home. I assisted long-time clients as they looked to purchaser in Vienna. Cloud IX had the highest quality of any property we viewed and I was happy when they ultimately chose to purchase his product.

Due to unforeseen circumstances they found themselves selling the same home less than a year later, no small feat. Ultimately the home sold before even hitting the market and at a premium because it is truly just a quality product. Not only were they wonderful to work with when my clients purchased directly from them, but they were exceptional to work with when my clients found themselves selling unexpectedly, and at a point where Cloud IX had absolutely nothing to gain. This speaks volumes! Lastly, two different independent home inspections were performed on this home through the buying and selling process and the results solidified the quality of the work. I will highly recommend Cloud IX moving forward.
