Building is exciting! New possibilities, expansion, fulfilling the dreams that make your house tailored to you. Many times it makes sense to build from scratch-finding the right piece of ground and build a new home with your choice of layout and design. There are also the advantages of the latest energy saving technologies and materials that come with a new home.
These positive comments are long overdue, but certainly no less sincere. We have been enjoying our "new" kitchen for almost two months now and have found nothing to lessen our satisfaction. The cabinets are beautiful to look at and very functional; it is obvious that they were made with great precision.

Schrock construction was everything we were looking for in a home. The intricate details of their designs and the quality of work has left a lasting impression on our family. We moved into our custom home in October and almost on a daily basis have been in awe about the beauty of location and the keen eye to detail in many of the decisions for the floor plan.
