I cant say enough about Cedar Knoll. They built our home back in 2016. They made the entire process so easy. My uncle is a union carpenter and he was very impressed with the quality of work that went into building our home. We had our one year inspection and there only a couple nail pops that had to be repaired. Im writing this now because one of the seals in our upstairs window went bad.

I called and Chip who is the head of their customer serivce helped me with getting a replacment ordeered. I got the call from their supplier saying the replacemnt window was in but it had to be picked up and the supplier was over a hour away. Chip arranged for the window to be pick up and he delivered it my house. They are coming next week to install it. Amazing!

Christian was great to work with, he always responded to phone calls and e-mails promptly, and answered all our questions. Sue was always available for e-mails and phone calls as well, and answered any questions right away. Cameron was awesome as our Site Supervisor. He kept us informed of the process, what the county and state required, and what to expect throughout building.

He was excellent at answering any and all questions, no matter how simple they may have seemed. He is aware that not everyone knows what goes into building a house, and was very good at explaining it in a simple way. Cameron and his crew built my family the house we have always wanted, and we will always be grateful to him, and Cedar Knoll Builders.

We built a home in Twin Ponds in 2003. We've moved from that house since then. Are we ever sorry. Cedar Knoll Builders, without a doubt, builds the best homes around.
