We had a very good experience with Patriot Homes throughout the process. They were helpful in guiding us through the multiple decoration choices and hardware specifications that we needed to make, and they gave us good advice throughout. Ray, in particular was helpful, professional and diligent, and a real pleasure to work with - I recommend these gentlemen highly.

Critical: Professionalism This company had my deposit for almost a year. I was promised a finished home this July. My salesperson had a breakdown and hid all of my documents in "drawers upstairs" according to the owner Bob. No apology or anything. Got my deposit back but would NEVER do business with them!

Beware - bait and switch! We used to speak very highly of our experience with Patriot up until recently. Persuaded people to check them out when they otherwise wouldn't have. so it's really a shame that our experience was left on such a sour note. We were under contract for a few months, there were constant hold ups between them and their builders. some of which were covid back up related and that was quite understandable given the unusual situation.
Unfortunately the guy we had been working with left the company, someone else took over and suddenly the cost of our build was going up $25k - 30k EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BEEN UNDER CONTRACT, bank papers signed and everything for months. We knew the cost of materials were rising and asked multiple times if we were going to be affected by that since we were on a very tight budget and wanted to be sure. we were reassured multiple times that no our price was set.
It was only because we reached out to them to find out what the status was on our build that we even found out what was going on. Apparently they had put a hold on our home 2 weeks prior but never contacted us! We understood it was an unusual situation with the covid setbacks but the owner was less than sympathetic and basically said we had to eat the cost entirely or walk away. there was no trying to compromise or rectify the situation.
Since we don't have 30k laying around (and if we did we'd spend it on something like a porch not just throw it out the window for material costs that we were assured wouldn't be affecting us) we had to break ties and start over with a regular stick home builder. 8 months down the drain.

The house patriot homes built for my son is a joke. windows and doors need replacing, the ceiling now has a huge crack that looks like it is going to split in two. outdoor lights were backwards, sliding patio door was put in wrong, kitchen cabinets were not installed right. just go and ask to see the sloppy job that was done here. I can not believe that patriot is still in business!

I think one star is far too generous for this business. I walked in Saturday afternoon and it took a good minute for the room full of salesman (no customers at their desk) to acknowledge my presence. I asked if all the models were open that we could and what the pricing would be. I received a "yes go ahead" "our prices aren't displayed. I should also state that you could have sworn we had 10 heads.nope just African American.
As we walked into the models, there were salesman with other customers touring and not once did they acknowledged us. A simple head nod would have been sufficient. I've never felt such coldness with a business and I wasn't too impressed with the product. They probably assumed I didn't have the money, but let's just say don't judge a book by its cover. I'm glad to be taking my money elsewhere! Common courtesy is definitely lacking at this business. I guess there's a first and last time for everything!

Patriot Home Sales did our home and we have been extremely satisfied. Our sales person was Leon, and he bent over backward for 3 solid years as we worked to save money, get financing, drew plans, re-drew plans because we changed our minds, re-drew plans again because we still couldn't make up our minds. He was super patient and always willing to make time for us.
The big day arrived and we got our new home. We have had very few problems, and the ones we have had, he made sure were resolved. Building a home is a lot of work and stress, but Patriot definitely made it easier.

Patriot Homes most definitely deserves a five star rating. From the first conversation my husband & I had with Clint Forrest about our considering buying a modular home, to the time we began living in the completed house, the whole experience was exceptional. Clint is our extremely knowledgeable Patriot Homes representative. He was always very helpful and endlessly patient throughout the entire process.
Despite the multitude of questions I frequently had, I felt comfortable calling Clint because treated me warmly and addressed each question as being important. The process and final product far exceeded our expectations.
