There were great models and I found one I would have more than likely purchased that day. When we arrived we went to the office and let them know we were looking and we were told to go ahead and let them know if we needed anything. When we were done looking a salesman informed us that 'we do not sell to the public'. He gave us the number to a dealer.
That dealer when we called down played the model and tried to upsell us on a modular. The price per square footage on a doublewide was 55 per square foot. He kept saying the savings was with a mod. I asked him the price per sq. foot on the mod.75. What a waste of time.if you don't sell to the public then say so right off the bat.and your dealers are not much of a benefit. However to be fair.tne homes I saw were well constructed and very nice.
