I worked with the folks here on a house design and build on my lot. Unfortunately prices had climbed too high on materials and labor over the last year so we were unable to complete. However, Shana was a real pro when it came to making floor plan adjustments and finding the right finishes. Chris brought us to the finish line with sorting out any late game issues we had. However, if we're in a position in the future to complete the build we would definitely use WelBilt to get the job done. Based on my last year working with this group, I definitely recommend to anyone looking to build.

So far our home building process has gone very smoothly. All the staff at Welbilt has been courteous, insightful, and always quick to respond to any of our questions. They have made the process easy on us, handling all of the necessary paperwork, providing advice, and foresight into each of the next steps. We are still in the early stages of construction but couldn't be more excited as we are going through each step. The staff at Welbilt has mader that possible with their great customer service and vast knowledge of the home building process!

We had a slow start due to the fact this was their first time dealing with the different rules and ordinance in our township, but Fran kept in constant contact with us and worked tirelessly to get all our necessary permits. Since construction has started we have been nothing but impressed with the speed and quality of their work. We had been told by many people who have built with other companies to expect lots of problems, but I must say we have only had one or two hiccups and they have been handled quickly with no problem. Knowing my husband is retiring from the Military next month and to spite several months delay in getting permits Welbilt has gone above and beyond getting our house built quickly to guarantee we will not be "homeless" without even once jeopardizing quality. I see now why my friend who recommended them has had two houses built by Welbilt.

I can't say enough good things about our experience working with Welbilt Homes. We are110% satisfied. So far they have been fantastic. For the design work, they presented us with multiple options, and gave real thought to solutions. The process was smooth, and they showed us everything in house at their showroom. They showed genuine care and concern throughout the entire process, placed a primacy on quality fit and finish, and put customer satisfaction first. They communicated with us and let us know everything that was going on. Welbilt Homes doesn't just talk the talk - they walk the walk. We feel truly cared for.

Our house just got started but the permit process has been very long and frustrating! Welbilt was very patient and got whatever our township required in a timely fashion. WE were also referred to Welbilt and have seen the quality of there work and are told the expertise of the builders is top notch! In addition, the folks we have been communicating with regarding interior designs etc have been exceptionally helpful!
They have been in the business for 30 years and I can safely say that I trust them to build my family a good quality home to live in for years to come. Can't wait to see the finished product!

Working with Welbilt Homes to build our home was a very positive experience. They guided us from the conception phase to the final design collaborating with us along way. They truly proved to be one stop shopping. We were able to select all our cabinets, flooring, bathroom and kitchen fixture right from there show room samples and their appliance vendor. Most impressive is the Welbilt organizational team everyone knows you and keeps you informed throughout the entire process.
