We started construction around November 1 2021. We closed June 22 2022. The Demlang team was professional, friendly, efficient helpful and despite supply chain issues was able to complete on schedule. Demlang Builders helped make our dream home a reality. We built the Alyssa II with some customizations. This was our 1st build and in spite of the pandemic we had a great experience; on time, on budget and met all our expectations. Communication was good and use of Builder trend was very helpful to see what was happening and when. It was also nice to be able to make all of our selections in the Demlang office vs. running around and visiting numerous places (as other builders require).

We also appreciated how many local contractors worked on our build. We're really pleased with the quality of our home and get lots of compliments on it. As with any build, you will find things that need to be addressed after you move in. Demlang has been great with taking care of these post build items in a timely manner. No regrets and highly recommended!

We built our home 4 years ago (2017) with Demlang and couldn't be happier. Their entire team was extremely easy to work with and we always had an open line of communication with the owners - Rod and Colleen. I recently had a question about our home and gave Rod a call. He picked up immediately, was happy to hear from me and helped me find a solution to my issue. We would absolutely build again with Demlang without a second thought!

The team at Demlang Builders did a great job on our new house. They were prompt in response, were very attentive to our requests and requirements, and gave good advice during the building process. From choosing interior and exterior selections, to maintaining the build schedule and budget, we are very pleased in the outcome. We just moved into our new home, the Harper model with Demlang. They made the building experience very easy for us first time builders. From their showroom to pick the custom finishes for our home to using the Buildertrend website to track our build. The building experience was very nice. Demlang could improve on their repairs response time. If something is broken it can take them a couple of months to fix. We are very happy to call this beautiful home ours.

Built our home with Demlang. Although they built a solid structure, their customer support was rude, only giving us a phone number to fix it ourselves rather than owning the problem. We documented a list of the issues on their project website and they closed the problems out without talking to us to address it. Issues include our roof, large cracks in basement floor and lack of water pressure. We've had conversations with other Demlang home owners in our neighborhood who have had the same experience.

We've recently moved into our first build and Demlang home. They made the process as painless as possible and were incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The quality of work in a Demlang home is far superior than any other builder out there. Not only do you get more for your money with Demlang, the quality is always their top priority. You will not regret going with Demlang for your builder.

My wife and I just built our first home with Demlang and we could not be more pleased with the results. Over the years we have heard horror stories from other people who have built with other builders, but we had an absolutely pleasant experience. The selection process was a breeze as Demlang has everything in house which saved us the time and hassle of running to different vendors to pick out our finishes.

The thing that sets Demlang apart in my mind is that they don't just tell you what you want to hear when signing a contract and then forget about you. Their communication was excellent throughout the building process which is very important to me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and they will be my builder of choice in the future.
