I had my driveway put in just over a year ago, Within a month after they put in it they had to come out once and fix it and they charged me more to put a fiber mesh in that they said wouldn't crack. Well guess what, It cracked. I asked the owner to fix the problem, the owner told me to go and sue the concrete company. Well I didn't do business with the concrete company they did so why would I sue the concrete company.
I did the business with Eagle construction and that is who I expect to guarantee their work. I have given them plenty of time to fix and resolve the problem but they won't. They won't even return my calls. My next step is to take them to court. My neighbor had her driveway put in 10 years ago from another vendor and her driveway has never cracked. I expect someone that I pay over 4000.00 to do work to guarantee their work and get good service. I don't recommend them.
