I have been a vendor with Security Signs for 10 yrs. They are great to work for. You can see their quality signs all over Portland. If you need a new sign or repairs or maintenance on an electronic business sign I would recommend starting at Security Signs. Plus they are local and family owned.

I opened Cowlick Barbershop on September 19, 2016. I told myself that if my business were fortunate enough to continue on, every year on the anniversary date I would buy something nice for my little barbershop. This year was the shops 5 year anniversary so I decided to buy the shop a neon sign and I truly could have not picked a better place to make it happen.

Let me start with the customer service. My point man was David Marshall who also happens to be one of my clients at my shop. He was asking me all the right questions to help me bring my vision come to reality. I went back and forth, and wasn't sure about a few things, then David said something that allowed to be more relaxed about the process. He said to me "Rudy, I want you to be excited about your sign, so if you're not 100% excited in details, let's take our time and get you there.

I want you to be 100% excited about this sign".Once he said that it all made sense. Sounds simple, but it truly allowed me to make an easier decision. I truly appreciate what David Marshall did for me. Then came the customer service I received for the installment of the sign. I feel terrible, but I can't remember their names, but it was two dudes that clearly took pride in what they were doing.

Complete professionals. They chatted me and the barbers up, they kept telling me that it was good looking sign, they were completely considerate with my business being open when they were installing. The dudes were legit. If you are thinking about making a legit investment into your business, you came to the right place. Security Signs will take care of you and you will walk away satisfied. Security Signs oversaw the design, fabrication and placement of the new sign for our church. Our previous sign was about fifty years old and was in serious need of replacement. Every step of the way they were helpful and answered any questions I had. Putting up a sign and dealing with the city/county to get it done can undoubtedly be a hassle, but they worked through any snags without difficulty.

The sign looks really great and we are still getting compliments from people about it all the time. They've been very helpful with any follow up questions I've had as well. I highly recommend Security Signs!

Security Signs is the best! They have taken great care of us here at Boones Landing Physical Therapy. They are prompt, make great signs and always on top of it if the LED doesn't work. You can expect nothing but the best!

I respect that this is an older Portland company, but something is amiss here. Firstly, there is nothing local about them. My company discovered that our sales guy worked out of Montana and our project manager out of Hawaii? There were communication problems all around and the design team seemed to think that answer to every creative problem is to paint it black.

A true family business that takes pride in every aspect of your project. You won't be able to find better partners for your business sign needs. They have partnered for years with the company I work for and provide a lasting product, that can and will provide your company with a great way to showcase its legacy! They have been in business since 1925, and have been responsible for producing many of the regions iconic businesses worthy signs to showcase thier brands.

While I was at the Umpqua Bank building at 9755 SW Barnes Rd in Portland; just off Highway 26; I got to personally view a driver for this company nearly physically assault a petite, blonde driving a blue mustang. The driver, approximately 5'11, slender build and brown hair reared back acting as if he was going to punch this young lady. If this is the type of behavior that Security Signs, Inc. accepts from their outside agents towards women; I would be hard pressed to allow them to do any business with any company I am associated with. We need to let companies that have a disparaging view of women in the workforce that we will not tolerate this behavior!

This review is in response to the one posted by jp galliher. Security Signs did leave a very generous tip to The Company they Hired to Cater for them, The Local Grind. I only wish I had the power to take down reviews that are fake and have nothing to do with the business or products.

Security Signs is an incredible family owned and operated business with a rich history in the Pacific Northwest. The signs that Kevin and his team came up with for our 2012 storefront remodel turned out great, and It's been a pleasure to work with them on maintenance and upgrades over the years. If you're looking to have a sign made for your business, or you need someone to clean and maintain an existing one, you're going to be hard pressed to find a local company as good as this one.

Family owned, and experienced with all types of signs. Employees are promoted from with-in, so they have experience with all levels of the business. The nicest people to work with IMHO.

Really great company to work with. On time, reasonable prices and great customer service that stands behind their product and work! What more can you ask for?

I worked with Security Signs to help me design and fabricate new signage for my business. They worked closely with me to be sure all the details were correct. Joseph Platt was the Project Manager and was outstanding to work with. He even encouraged me to take a tour of the manufacturing facility.it was impressive! They have the ability to design and build any sign you can dream of. My final sign is unique, durable and the highest quality! Highest possible recommendation!
