Mar Lan Construction started in business in 1999 in Lawrence, Kansas; but our story began long before then. The founding partners grew up in the construction industry, spending most of their adult lives working in both commercial and residential construction. The year 1999 would mark when the decision was made that our family-owned commercial construction company would be introduced. Our mission focuses on offering construction services geared specifically towards teaming with Owners and design firms.

Pre-Construction services are an integral part of the success of any construction project. The contractual structure (exclusive of the financial arrangements) for how the final project is produced and provided, i.e., delivered, to the Owner. Mar Lan Construction has a vast resource of skilled tradesmen and suppliers.
