Patco Construction has been in business for over 35 years, a feat that few general contractors can match. Our construction company provides design-build services that include: planning, designing, preconstruction, engineering and construction through project completion. The firm is located in Sanford, Maine and is family-owned. We've grown under the second generation of the Patterson family, Greg and Mark. Greg focuses on the commercial construction operating group that specializes in custom metal buildings utilizing a design-build approach and self-perform erection.

Quoted me super low over the phone for an adapter, just to get me to cone in. Then try to charge me 3x as much when I actually get there to pick it up lol. Place is a joke, just order what you need online

Just discovered this place. We were looking for food grade hoses for our koi pond. They had what we needed! They have a huge warehouse full of every type hose and belting. We live on a farm and have tractors. will be back! Oh, and they were beyond helpful all with a smile!

Very friendly and helpful staff I called a day before to check on parts and as soon as I mentioned I had called they knew what I needed. I got my parts ordered quickly and was in and out in a matter of minutes. I needed pneumatic water seperators with flow controls attached and they also carry safety equipment. A very handy store considering all the large industrial businesses around the area.
