2 x 6 wall construction with 7/16 inch wafer board covered with vinyl or steel siding, brick, soffit or facia per your choice. Vary in size and location and are double pane, all vinyl windows for high-energy efficiency. Supported on engineered floor joists and covered with glue and nailed inch, tongue and groove, composition plywood.
We at Comfort want to visit with each of our customers to make sure that we are meeting their needs and expectations. During our meetings we will review house plans, possible locations and costs to meet your budget and design criteria. After the design and budget meetings we will obtain a pre-construction deposit and set construction start and finish dates before signing the contract.
