SCAM. I bought a $2.2m house from them and 3 years of living in it it has fallen apart, as well as all of my neighbors have said in Windsor Gate in River Oaks. They just shell company it out as usual but everyone at ROCC hates him. Locker room sucks for you buddy. Can't get to heaven ripping people off. Zero reputation.

Roel from Rohe and Wright came out approx. September 1 to give me an estimate for home repairs due to Hurricane Harvey. I've sent two follow ups since then for updates and in a months time I never received an estimate. It was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have an R & W home on the Caceres Development in Rice Military. I have had my issues with Rohe and Wright - But to be fair they are trying to get better. Like most builders they are still inclined to have that 1970's used car mentality and try to avoid anything remotely like a complaint or trouble, but they really are trying to get themselves into this century with regards to customer support. Not quite ready for prime time as yet, but certainly they are better than some, in the industry

BEWARE. This has to be the most unprofessional builder in Houston. Do not sign a contract with them without having a lawyer review it. They cannot meet any of the scheduled deadlines, have zero communication skills, even to the point of blaming their delays on the customer. They also have no allowances, but change order you to death without providing any detail of the change order costs. Arrogant management. Stay away.
