Find another builder! It's been over a year since we moved in and we're still struggling to correct all the mistakes from the build. Don't be fooled by their presence at the home shows and pictures on their website, we recommend finding another builder. The owner has little involvement in the actual construction of your home and you'll be at the mercy of their latest project manager (employee turnover).
We felt the process was completely disorganized and maddening, and felt like phone calls and emails were not answered in a timely manner, unless it related to them getting our business or getting paid.
