RK Engineering is responsible for a construction project at 375 Huger Street downtown. The project raised the elevation of the property nearly two feet without the installation of proper stormwater drainage. This caused flood damage to surrounding properties starting in April 2017 and they have still not resolved the issue. The city and homeowners are now involved trying to hold them accountable.
