Seems like it was a pretty good shop 2 years ago. I sent in a Request for Quote, didn't hear back for a week, so I walked in, took 15 minutes to even find another human. Got a quote, and approved it directly over the phone. Waited 2 weeks, called to check on the order, they had not even started. They claimed to have sent an e-mail for quote approval, but after an extensive search of spam and deleted items, the e-mail was nowhere to be found, I guess they couldn't bother with a phone call. Then they couldn't commit to an ETA for the parts I need. This is the most disorganized business I've ever had the displeasure of walking into. I'd recommend staying away!
