Beginning in 1980, Michael initially worked as an apprentice carpenter, mason, and heavy equipment operator with a regional real estate developer.
Facilities Contracting, Inc., is a Class-A Commercial General Contracting firm proficient in building to meet a variety of consumer needs. We continually strive to improve and develop our services and practices to incorporate and meet our clients' needs in this ever-changing market. We have a history of solid performance and offer a broad variety of services.
Our Project Managers work together with our administration department to provide a seamless building process. Over 76% of our revenue comes from ground-up construction. I have worked with many contractors and the Facilities' team has proven themselves the best time and time again. I have worked on several commercial development and renovation projects and they are always Professional, Punctual, and Complete. They are very straight forward on scope and pricing and they always stand behind their work. Their experience has saved me many of thousands of dollars with their value engineering on projects. Got really recklessly cut off by a white f150 with CO plates in phoenix then continued to get brake checked by the same truck on 4/20/17 thought it was just a personal owned vechihle turned out to be a facilities contracting inc truck. Looks like their employees don't care about the reputation of the company or the company just hires any idiot off the street. If our truck driver was on his phone like the facilities contracting employee was we would've destroyed the side of that f150s cab.
