CareTex Custom Builders have built two custom homes for us in the last 8 years. In both cases we had very positive experiences with Renee. We could not have asked for more personal attention we received. Building a custom home is not a simple task. Yes, we had issues come up that were not planned but you are never going to have everything 100% covered.

You will always have something come up unexpected that has to be addressed between you and the builder. I can attest that Renee was very open minded and diligent in getting th issue resolved. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and would not hesitate to contract with CareTex on my next custom home.

Building our home with Renee was so much fun! The entire process was smooth, informative, and enjoyable. (Not typical adjectives other people use to describe their experience with a builder) Starting with Marcela at Colonial to finishing up details with Nick the main supervisor, the build process was amazingly simple. Renee has been building custom homes for almost 20 years, and it shows: in her attention to detail, the options she presents to ensure you get just the look you're going for within your budget, and the workmanship completed by her crews are bar none. EVERY step of the way we were thoroughly impressed, as were our parents who cautiously helped us double check details. Did I mention my 3000+ sqft completely custom home was built in under 3 months?! Renee knows what she's doing and she actually cares. My dream home is a reality and it's even better than my pinterest board. (:

We are in the process of building our first custom home with Caretex Custom Homes! Everything about the experience has been amazing. From drawing up the plans, working with her design guy, making custom selections, and working closely with the construction manager. She has been there every step of the way making what could be a stressful project flow with ease and fun! Couldn't be happier with our choice to let Caretex build our first home!
