My husband and I just had a detached garage built on our property. Guthrie Buildings did a remarkable job. Bryan has been so professional and responsive to all our requests and changes throughout the planning and build process. Bryan is hands-on, coming out to our jobsite to kickoff the job and getting personally familiar with our project. All of Guthrie's various trade crews were on time and unmistakably experts at their own trades.

Every crew worked professionally and mindfully adhered to what appeared to be Guthrie's strict quality standards. Our building is beautifully constructed. And after each phase of construction, each crew cleaned up the jobsite quickly afterwards. We are so happy that we selected the best contractor around and highly recommend using Bryan and Guthrie Buildings.

Bryan is one of the best person I've ever worked with. Today world it's hard to find a person who returns your call the same day. Besides for customer service, which is great. I care much more on the quality of the finished product. Guthrie Buildings impressed me on how close their tolerance for each piece of steel cut to assembly my building. I'm an engineer by trade so I can see and appreciate the structure behind the walls. This is the second building Bryan designed and built for me. I'm truly happy with both my buildings. For sure I plan to work with Bryan again in the near future.

Brian made it a point to keep me informed and return my calls when I had any issue or questions throughout the construction process. Couldn't be more pleased with the process and the end result. Very professional organization. Their communication is great, and how they've handled the current supply chain issues was excellent. My only problem is, I need another project so that I can hire them again!

Erect 36x40 metal building on my property. This was the only company that I found that would work with me on my needs and the strict requirements my city mandated.
