Built the house 8 years ago. water pouring through the crack in foundation on move in day. they eventually had someone epoxy that. frozen pipes first winter. I had to find the problem myself. Pex tubing was not properly routed. Causing it to freeze. Finally came out and fixed after many phone calls. Exterior door has been rotting away since the beginning. driveway and garage floor have settled exactly like I told them they would. Many finish issues. I guess things could always be worse

The commentary on Greth's political views is unwarranted and unrelated to the quality of their work. Built a BEAUTIFUL home for us in 2019. Very professional throughout the entire process and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend. BEST builder in Berks.
