We had two projects for the the same client. One was through Horizon. The other was through another contractor. The project with Horizon started later as the same project with another contractor. Horizon was so well organized that the same project finished sooner and we got paid months before we were paid by the other contractor. It was a joy to work with them. They understand the cash flow of small subcontractors. They don't wait months to pay you. We can't wait to do business with them again.
