T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. is a full service General Contractor specializing in retail, grocery, restaurant and auto dealership construction. Licensed in all forty-eight (48) contiguous states, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, we are a true traveling General Contractor working in an average of Fifteen (15) states at a time.
We are proud that four LEED AP Professionals make T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. their home. LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. LEED Green Associates have a documented, up-to-date understanding of the most current green building principles and practices, and are committed to their professional future.
At T. D. Farrell Construction, Inc. there are various career paths to pursue depending upon the strengths and desires of each employee. For instance, a Project Manager could start out as an Assistant PM, an Assistant Estimator or a Superintendent. From Project Manager, an employee can advance to Senior Project Manager and then Director or even one of the Officers of the company.

I just wanted to hop on here and say the crews at the Costco development lot are OUTSTANDING! I have been working construction for years now and these guys are so personable and even hosed off my tires as I left the job site in efforts to reduce mud and clay being transferred from job site to chenal parkway. Very very good job! Very nice individuals! Hope the right person sees this and knows Charles from Ga in particular is the one that went the extra mile. It's very noticed and appreciated!
