I promise you it will be in your best interest to check other construction companies before going with TDK. The main problem is with their decisions with people in the very top. They will screw you over in the first opportunity and their decisions will never be to benefit you but always them.

This company is building an apartment building next to my office. They dumped concrete all over my truck and I cant get them to step up and do anything about it. Legal action is about to be taken. Be AWARE if they are building anything near you!
