Clarion Homes was established in 1997 by John R. Johnson and his son, Travis Johnson. Since then, we have constructed many single-family homes in the Greater Nashville area. Our family owned business is focused on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and timely project completion. We have maintained our commitment to quality throughout the years while building many homes in a variety of price ranges to meet the unique needs of each family. We are determined to build homes that exceed the expectations of our buyers every time.
Phase I of Creekview Estates consisted of 30 half-acre lots. We only have a few remaining lots, but we will have more lots available next Spring! This beautiful subdivision is conveniently located just a few minutes town, yet it still offers an abundance of peaceful, country charm. We recently purchased our new home from Clarion (May 2021). Clarion was a pleasure to work with. They met our very tight schedule for a closing date without sacrificing the quality of their work and attention to detail they gave to every aspect of our home. We asked for several customizations to our home which Clarion was able to complete within our timeline. Rachel, the Directory of Marketing, not only was on top of all details of our construction and quick with a response to all our questions, but she also has a keen artistic eye, and her choice of colors, materials and finishes for the house was outstanding! Eric, the foreman on our build, was always there with answers to whatever questions we had.
He never forgot any requests we made. Mr. Johnson, the owner of Clarian, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is honest, forthcoming with information on any issue concerning our build, and always a man of his word. He said what he meant and did what he said he would do. He also was able to push for the correct resolution to problems with outside entities such as utility providers, USPS, etc.
We always felt comfortable with him. He built trust with his actions backing up his commitments. We highly recommend Clarian Homes. We are incredibly happy with our finished home. Chris H Gallatin TN

Creekview Estates is one of Clarion's newest developments - including the land development. Hopefully they build a better home than they do developing the land. They have caused tremendous flooding in the current subdivision bc of the bad design. I do not suggest building in Creekview Estates because of the problematic water issues. We've been flooded twice this summer since the project started. The Johnson's / Clarion Homes have been unresponsive and dismissive. Keep looking!
