I've used AmeriCare for a year now. They've been here the next day every time I've needed them for pest control. Today was my annual termite inspection and Bobby Hale was on time, professional, and efficient in his work. I will continue to use AmeriCare. Service: Termite inspection

We've used Ameri Care for our home pest control for a few years and I've never had any issues with them or pests. They do a great job. They're professional and you get a full inspection report emailed each service. They're prices are competitive to all others. I would recommend using them for your pest control needs.

I don't have them for pest control services but I did contact them to obtain an estimate and recommendations for crawlspace work. The company was given as a recommendation from my HVAC company. Earlier in the 2021, during my annual termite inspection with my pest control service, there was standing water, one dead snake, one small live snake and other debris found in my crawlspace.

I contacted 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations to address the concern. Here is the BLUF---Encapsulation is not always the answer and doesn't have to be your only choice! I learned that from Ameri Care. They were the only company that immediately recognized other water intrusion concerns from the exterior of the home and provided options to address the issues.

The estimates I received from the 3 companies ranged from $3500-$12K. Only one company, I believe was the one who gave me honest recommendations--Ameri Care Services. My inspector was Darren Kidd and he was professional from the time he arrived until I made my decision. The day the work was completed the crew worked 100% until it was complete and then made sure that i saw the work before they left. There was no pressure to "get this special deal" or "fully encapsulate" to "fix all my problems". Very satisfied with the work, the communication, and the process.

My family and i have used Ameri Care for the past few years now and they have always done such a great job! We recommend them to anyone who needs pest control! I have been with Ameri Care Services for over 13 years and I highly recommend them! Chicago Steve (Craker) provides our service and he is incredibly thorough and professional. He takes such good care of us and even checks in with me between services to make sure all is okay. He has watched my children grow up, knows their names and always asks about them.

I always look forward to his visits! He just came yesterday and I can rest easy knowing my home is protected for the winter and we are all set for a Thanksgiving gathering to enjoy some ham and turkey!

If I needed pest or termite management and they were the only company on the planet I would take the time to get trained myself before I spent one dime with this company. Ask any realtor about their reputation and ask any (other) pest control service technician about their practices and you will hear some things that sound questionable. We were the beneficiaries of their scheduled inspection while selling our house and our agent volunteered to take the time to pull everything (a few boxes) away from the garage walls (we staged our home for showing).

Despite those efforts, we were failed for their being unable to access the shed (did I mention we staged the house). These folks wasted our (agent's) time and their client's money by not simply noting there was an obstruction (as the law allows). As an investigator with decades of experience investigating fraud, the first thought I had was that they were marketing their termite treatment like a mechanic markets any up sells while changing your oil and rotating your tires.

You can draw your own conclusion. What I know is that the house doesn't have a termite problem and it will be a cold day anywhere before I stop at this end of the alphabet looking for a pest control company.

We have had three treatments so far (for standard pest control) and both technicians were extremely professional, friendly, timely, and thorough! This is a great company that provides great services and we plan on being long term customers. Thanks!
