With over 65 years of knowledge and experience, our satisfaction is driven by your success rather than the bottom line. We understand that your building project is about more than construction. It's about your livelihood. In 1954, brothers Don and Joe Schrock left their family business of Schrock Plaster to build homes and commercial buildings.
DJ Construction is not just a business, it's an integral part of communities we care about. A third of our projects are for not-for-profits with whom we partner in many ways, making us the most experienced builder for NFPs in Michiana. But our non-profit partnerships are just one part of a larger community commitment: our employees and suppliers live, work and shop in our area, and are active contributors/volunteers to numerous community causes. We train our people, not just to be better builders, but to be more engaged parents, grandparents, mentors, and leaders.
You will find DJ Construction projects throughout our Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan communities. Our experience is vast and diverse, highlighting our capabilities to meet each client's diverse and unique needs. DJ Construction builds, renovates buildings along with providing service of buildings.
Our primary points of contact over the years have been Bob Schrock, Howie Mathews and Pat Gross. They, and the entire staff at DJ Construction, have always been extremely responsive to our needs and have proven invaluable contributors in our efforts to create a peaceful and serene environment that will benefit our patients and their families for many years to come.

DJ Construction was a wonderful partner in building a new facility for CAPS- Child And Parent Services. In a first-ever partnership build with another construction company (Ancon Construction), they demonstrated high expectations for efficiency and quality, attention to our needs as a service provider, and a high degree of professionalism. Our building was completed on time and on budget - without any interruption of services to the public. Thank you, DJ!
