Driver driving on I-69 NB on 9/27/19 around 6:20am and the driver was either under the influence or just very aggressive. I was using cruise control in the middle lane and whoever was driving this Brooks Construction truck would speed up, and slow down many times. Eventually for some reason, after he sped ahead, slammed on his breaks and came into my lane right beside me.
After honking he sped off very fast and lost sight of him. Didn't see a truck number or anything because it was still really dark out. This is not a reflection of the company I just want them to know they have employees representing them in this negative way.
