I am very happy with the carpet installation. The installers were on time, very friendly and professional. They did an outstanding job and left the entire area very clean. I will definitely use them again.

Went through Home Depot for our backsplash who then had Western States Flooring for the install. They were able to get us in a day early so that was super nice. The installer was very helpful. He noticed that Home Depot had given us the wrong grout color and items that we didn't need for this install that Home Depot had us purchase. We absolutely love our new backsplash!

We had a phenomenal experience with Western flooring! We booked our job through our local Home Depot, and our whole experience was excellent! The two gentlemen that Western flooring sent out were so hard-working, kind, on time and professional! They were flawless in their work, did a beautiful job on the Flooring and on the new baseboard install as well! Thank you Western flooring for taking such fantastic care of us! We heard good feedback about Costco (Western States) flooring and decided to go for it even though it was slightly more expensive than other vendors. We did not start off on a good note as the designer who surveyed our house quit his job and did not do accurate measurements. Eventually, we managed to choose the product (Luxury Vinyl) that we liked and ordered it. However, as luck would have it, the item we chose was out of stock (despite the shipped samples) and we had made the payment already.

Usually we would have given up at this stage with any other vendor but decided to persist with Costco as we understood the supply chain constraints. This is when Western States flooring leadership (Paige Langseth) helped us immensely by going through different products once again and sending lots of samples. It was getting really tight as we had locked the installation date but not chosen an alternative.

After so many trials and errors, we got the ideal combination of color and texture Vinyl. The products we all ordered and the installation was done smoothly. Every query of ours was addressed with a meticulous response and at no point in the process, were we left high and dry. It was a wonderful experience working with Costco and Western States Flooring and I would highly recommend this for everyone, especially for first time floor installers. Thank you Western States Flooring and Costco for upgrading our house.

Our carpet looks and feels great! Marco was our installer and he was all by himself. He did a phenomenal job and worked endlessly without any breaks to get the job done. We were originally told it would take 2 days so we were pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient Marco was, he got it done in a day! He did a fantastic job and we will definitely use Western States Flooring again in the future. We highly recommend!

I bought vinyl plank flooring from Home Depot and Western State is their installer. You have no choice. The team damaged my fridge water line and 2 months later they still didn't fix after numerous requests. They promise but don't deliver, so I end up paying for it myself. I would like a reimbursement. The installers don't speak English so it is very difficult to communicate.

They leave a plank with a hole in it. The repair a month later is putty. If you go with Home Depot you will expect this. All money is paid up front before install so they don't have to fix any problems later.

Great customer service is not about everything being perfect. It's about how a company responds when things go wrong. With the current pandemic it's not surprising that carpet installers can get sick. This happened on the morning of our expected installation. We were frustrated, but Ally was great about getting a crew to us just as soon as possible, and kept us informed with every change in a timely and friendly manner. Recognizing how we were impacted, and not making excuses was greatly appreciated.

The installers called us 40 minutes before arrival as promised, getting to us 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time. From the time they stepped in the house to the completion of the install they never slowed down! All furniture was moved with care, they thoroughly cleaned after removing the old carpet and pad, and the installation is professional and beautiful. The final result looks like one continuous piece of carpet - it's beautiful!

We purchased our flooring from Home Depot. Western States Flooring Provided the demo and install of the product. Every single interaction that we had from phone calls, planning, and arrival of the install crew was on point for the level of professionalism and kindness that is missing from many industries today. You all kicked it old school and delivered world class customer service every single step of the way.

Our installers were prompt, courteous, kind, professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond in the quality of their work. The amount of effort they put in to installing our floors far exceeded our expectations. Please give these gentlemen a kudos from me! Best service we have received since before COVID hit. You guys seriously impressed me.

Had new carpet and padding installed in four rooms. They called to let us know when they would arrive and arrived at the time stated. They overlooked the work areas prior to installation and asked that we verify that they had correct carpet and padding. Once verified they went right to work removing the old carpet and padding. They kept us informed of their progress and when finished they made sure the work areas were clean and the job was done to our satisfaction. Very pleased with the work David and Margaret did, very pleasant and professional installation.
