Great when you are purchasing off plan (Jane was fantastic) Fast forward to trying to sell the house on. impossible. Keepmoat have not set up a management company for the communal areas as the site is not complete - that's fine and NOT the problem. However my solicitors have been chasing Keepmoat 7 weeks for one document to be answered the Freehold Management Enquiries.

Have been pushed back and forth by Keepmoat to Mainstay (who is completely dormant as Keepmoat haven't set this up yet so they cannot help) then I was given the legal department that represents Keepmoat, Gately Law - they were unresponsive and unhelpful and of course, put me back in response with Keepmoat. All I need is Keepmoat to take some accountability and answer the FME1 enquiries outstanding or simply a legal letter stating that a management company is yet to be set up as the site is incomplete- this however is clearly impossible!

Our chain has fallen through and both my estate agent and solicitors have never experienced service like it and struggle to understand how we are going to sell our property on without Keepmoats help. I have tried to contact the customer service team several times but I am always pushed back to Mainstay or Gately Law (default answers from customer advisors) I have today asked for a customer service manager to take some responsibility and answer my solicitor my hours later again, we are yet to receive a response.

Left a Trust Pilot review, which the customer service team asked for more details, I provided details, again then ignored. No one knows what's going on. Good luck to anyone on the development looking to resell your property on - it's currently proving impossible. Thank you Keepmoat for building homes that are not able to be resold due to your lack of responsibility, responsiveness and accountability.

We would to thank Keepmoat homes, especially the Parade team in Bridgwater for assisting us to acquire our new home. Pain in the back side with traffic coming in and out on an almost blind bend, tiny houses not worth the money

A few pictures of my house at exchange, and still 9 months post completion. A lack of willingness to take responsibility for building faults has left this. All apparently in hand but constantly being delayed with excuses.
