We had John Engerman build our family lake home in Lake Geneva. We loved working with John and his team. John is a visionary and is very passionate about building beautiful homes. Linda was so patient, organized and knowledgeable. She walked us through every detail and kept us from getting overwhelmed. They were very responsive to our personal requests and input, and they always had great ideas and input. Knowing that we didn't want to lose two entire summers with the family at the lake, John told us that he would have the house built within a year.
He tore down the old house the day after Labor Day and our home was finished the following Labor Day, even though we added quite a bit of additional work midstream. We have nothing but good things to say about Engerman Contracting. It was obvious that they really wanted to please us all along the way. We have recommended John to many friends and if we were ever to build again we would use Engerman in a heartbeat.

Engerman Contracting built our house. New build on a newly purchased lot. It was the first time either my husband or I have had a new house built. It was actually a very good experience despite all the horror stories we heard about the process of building a house. John Engerman, his assistant Linda and right hand man Derek were there for us every step of the process.
They basically walked us through everything from beginning to end. Although we were residing in the Chicago area throughout the process, they kept in constant contact with us, responded promptly to any questions we had, and kept us completely in the loop regarding everything that was being done. Linda was always very helpful and informative on really a daily basis.
The quality of the work was absolutely top notch, and the company's experience in building high quality and luxurious homes in the Lake Geneva area was always readily apparent. Due to this experience, Engerman Contracting had all the connections with the local trades and every aspect of the building process was of the highest quality. We would absolutely highly recommend Engerman Contracting to any friends or acquaintances who were looking to build a house of top quality with very professional and friendly service from the builder and his team.

John and his team built a wonderful house for us in Fontana WI. Attention to detail and the ability to make design changes during construction added to our positive experience. John, Linda and the team were very responsive to changes or issues that came up during the build. Post hand-over support has been good. We are delighted with our new home
